Our rates include:
- Self Catering accommodation

Our rates exclude:
- DSTV - bring your own card
- Wood ( please bring your own )
- Boat launching fees
- Cleaning
- Final Cleaning charge of R 225.00 per stay / weekly
- Excl breakage deposit equal to 1 day ( refundable! )
Children:
- Children of all ages accepted
- The pool net is a leaf cover and not a safety net
- Extra beds available on request and T&C
Policies:
- Strictly NO pets allowed
- Strictly NO smoking inside the Holiday House
- Check in time: 2pm
- Check out time: 11am ( or later by arrangement if no arrivals )
Payment Terms:
- 50% of total reservation amount is required to secure your booking.
- Balance payable 14 days before arrival.
- EFT Payments only
Cancellation Policy:
- From booking until 3 months before commencement of arrival: 25% of total costs
- Less than 3 months before commencement of arrival: 50 % of total costs
- Less than 4 weeks before commencement of arrival: 75 % of total costs
- During Peak Season (Easter, Christmas, New Year) tightened cancellation fees will apply
