Policies:
- The Estate is a quiet environment - Parties of any sort are not tolerated!
- Strictly NO pets allowed - ESTATE RULES
- Strictly NO smoking inside the Holiday House
- Check in time: 2pm
- Check out time: 5pm on a Sunday / 10am on a week day
Payment Terms:
- 50% of total reservation amount is required to secure your booking.
- Balance payable 14 days before arrival.
- EFT Payments only
Cancellation Policy:
- From booking until 3 months before commencement of arrival: 25% of total costs
- Less than 3 months before commencement of arrival: 50 % of total costs
- Less than 4 weeks before commencement of arrival: 75 % of total costs
- 1 week or less of artrival: 100%
- During Peak Season (Easter, Christmas, New Year) tightened cancellation fees will apply
